Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Team First Aid respects your privacy and handles personal information carefully. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about your information.

Who we are

Team First Aid provides first aid training coordination and customer support. Team First Aid is not an RTO. Training is delivered on behalf of ABC First Aid, RTO 3399.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide when you request a quote, book training, contact us, respond to a form, or interact with our website. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, training location, course preferences, group size, and message details.

We may also collect website and advertising interaction data, such as page views, clicks, campaign source, device/browser information, and approximate location. This can happen through analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and similar services.

How we use information

We use information to:

Advertising and analytics

We use analytics and advertising platforms to understand website performance and improve our marketing. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy policies and account settings.

Team First Aid Ads Manager is a restricted internal tool used by authorised Team First Aid personnel to review, report on, and manage Team First Aid's own Google Ads account. It is not offered as a public application or to other advertisers.

After an authorised Google account grants access, the tool uses the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. This scope permits the tool to view and manage Google Ads accounts. The data accessed may include Google Ads customer and account details, campaign and ad group settings, ads and keywords, disclosed search terms, budgets, performance metrics, conversion-action configuration, and account change history.

We use this Google Ads data to:

Write actions are validated first by default and require an additional confirmation before a live change can be made. OAuth credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain on a company-controlled device, outside the public website and source code. Google Ads data is retrieved on demand. Relevant extracts may be retained in restricted internal reports or audit records where needed for advertising operations.

We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use Google user data to serve targeted, retargeted, personalised, or interest-based advertising; determine eligibility for credit or lending; or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Access is limited to authorised Team First Aid personnel. A service provider may process the data on Team First Aid's behalf only where needed to operate or secure the tool, under the authorising user's consent, or where disclosure is required by law.

These app-specific restrictions apply to Google user data and take precedence over the general sharing provisions below.

Credentials are retained only while the connection is required. Reporting extracts are retained only for legitimate operational, audit, or legal needs, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. The Google user data conditions in this section govern Google Ads API data even where another section of this policy describes broader handling of other information.

We restrict access to the tool, keep credentials out of public systems, use encrypted API connections, and apply additional controls to live changes. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

An authorised user can revoke the tool's access through Google Account connections. To ask us to remove retained information, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or contact us using the details below. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically remove information we must retain for operational or legal reasons.

Sharing information

We only share information where reasonably needed to operate the business, provide training services, manage bookings, support customers, measure advertising, or meet legal requirements. This may include service providers such as CRM, email, analytics, advertising, website hosting, booking, and training administration systems.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational requirements. For app-related data deletion instructions, see Data Deletion Instructions.
