Team First Aid Ads Manager

Application name: Team First Aid Ads Manager

A restricted internal tool used by authorised Team First Aid personnel to review, report on, and manage Team First Aid's own Google Ads account.

Purpose of the app

The purpose of Team First Aid Ads Manager is to let authorised Team First Aid personnel access Team First Aid's Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API so they can monitor campaign performance, prepare internal reports, and safely make limited campaign-management changes to Team First Aid's own account. It supports Team First Aid's internal paid-search advertising operations and does not provide a public or customer-facing service.

This is not a public application. There is no public sign-up, and access is not offered to customers or other advertisers.

What the tool does

Team First Aid Ads Manager helps our authorised personnel:

Changes are deliberately limited. Write actions are validated first by default and require an explicit confirmation before a live change can be made.

Google Ads access

The tool requests the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Google describes this scope as permission to view and manage Google Ads accounts. Team First Aid Ads Manager uses it only for the internal functions described above and only after an authorised Google account grants access.

Data accessed may include Google Ads customer and account details, campaign and ad group settings, ads and keywords, disclosed search terms, budgets, performance metrics, conversion-action configuration, and account change history.

How Google Ads data is handled

Google user data is not used to serve targeted, retargeted, personalised, or interest-based advertising; determine eligibility for credit or lending; or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoke access or request deletion

An authorised user can revoke the tool's Google account access through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically delete information already retained where we have an operational or legal need to keep it.

To request deletion of information held by Team First Aid, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.
