Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held by Team First Aid, subject to legal, training, booking, and record-keeping requirements.

How to request deletion

Email ben@teamfirstaid.com.au with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please include:

• your name;
• the email address or phone number used when contacting Team First Aid;
• a short description of the information you want deleted.

What happens next

We will review the request, confirm the records we can identify, and delete or de-identify information where we are able to do so. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, training administration, dispute, security, or operational reasons.

Advertising and analytics platforms

If your request relates to information held directly by platforms such as Meta or Google, you may also need to manage or delete that information through your account settings with those platforms.
